I've been really impressed with the service received
From Gallant and Richardson , they are so professional which really helps with my busy work schedule.
I am not around much as in work commitment's though nothing is too much trouble with appointment's such as legal gas checks the agency have it all in hand
The communication between landlord , agent and tenant is very bespoke
All the teams are happy to assist I have had a very difficult year and at times felt really anxious about the way ahead
Though there was no need to be
My landlord has been amazing and Tim young has been so supportive
Rachel, andy rebecca all the team including the external managers that carry out the property inspections
They are so passionate about the job they do
Excellent customer service
If you are not sure about anything they are always happy to help
could name them all the best way to explain how great this agency is
Would be to say I've signed up for my 3rd year I'm so happy and overwhelmed
The peace of mind and security the professionalism they the agency bring is priceless
