Our house was recently taken over by comfort lettings and the process has been seamless and they have fixed all of our maintenance issues.
Phil introduced himself to us and really set the standard for the service we expect to experience using letting agent companies. He was very informative about what would be happening in the house which we found very helpful.
Andy (managing property) has been great with ensuring our questions and issues were solved, and Grant (in house maintenance) has done a fantastic job of fixing our maintenance problems. As a house of girls we have felt safe when him and his team has been working, they have been incredibly respectful of our space and are very professional.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time. Anyone we have contacted with in Comfort lettings has been very energetic and responsible, we appreciate all their efforts and time on our property.
