I organised this sale from Australia,previous instruction meant that it was marketed very quickly .Viewings and responses were well reported ,
Final negotiations for sale involved 8 offers .Final offer was achieved above the asking price .Conveyance was processed with all the purchasers querries addressed prior to completion .
Overall an excellent result in what I perceived as a difficult market
I am sure the offce staff were central to the result achieved
A very friendly professional service
