We approached Dart & Partners (D&P) to sell our house as we knew them from previous transactions, had seen them sell the house across the road from ours, and knew the D&P manager, Paul Hodgson. In fact we had contacted Paul several times in the run up to putting our house up for sale - discussing the market, the local trends etc. He was knowledgeable, approachable, gave time to us, but without any hard sell. Having agreed a price, D&P provided a rapid, professional service in measuring up, taking photos, preparing brochures and proofing and so on. We left D&P to do the viewings - 2 half days - with the house left in ‘untouched’ condition. We were lucky to conclude an STC sale speedily, and D&P helped manage the paperwork and communications through to completion. The process, soup to nuts, took around five months, but that was due to us having to, eventually, move into rental for six months. But again, D&P helped to liaise with the purchaser, who were, gratefully, very patient.
