I'm fortunate to have a couple of properties, which I rent out through Dart & Partners. They do everything for me. The only times I hear from them usually is to say that my rents gone into my bank. I just let them get on with it for me... I feel that not only do they have my best interests as a landlord at heart, but they also ensure my tenants are happy and settled in their homes.
