Within my letting/buying experiences over the past 2.5 years I have found Gallant Richardson to be head and shoulders above other agencies in Colchester. When I walked through other agencies doors I felt I was a statistic but not so Gallant Richardson, from the minute I walked through their doors I felt they saw me as a person, an individual, and they have always done and continue to do whatever they can to help me. No matter what the problem, question or worry nothing has been to much trouble and they have dealt with it all in a personal, caring and compassionate way. All of the staff are professional, approachable and I always felt in safe hands and this has been the case in my entire dealings with Gallant Richardson. The service they provide is impeccable, thorough, and their prices very competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gallant Richardson if you want to feel safe and at ease with the rental, sale or purchase services they offer.
