I am a fair person, I like to see the good in people and companies - but unfortunately in this case I can't.
My family and I need to find a home to rent- great tenancy record and decent income - We contacted this company about 3 rental properties - the first time we rang filled in the forms - heard nothing back. Second time the same thing happened, this time I contacted them and a lady looked into things for me- she fed back that my application had gone to the wrong department- too late the property was under application I think. Third time we did get a phone call - message left- called back 3 times - no answer 4th time a lady said the agent was out, but said I would get a call back to arrange a viewing- nothing - I e-mailed - nothing back. So 3 properties despite applying to arrange to view as soon as advertised - we haven't had chance to view any. As it's so important to us to find a home, we couldn't use this company to help us as we don't feel that they would value us, or communicate properly. I know people get busy, but this experience has been just awful.
