Buying a house is never straightforward and can be a stressful experience. I often spoke with Chelsea as she was regularly being asked by the seller for updates and therefore was obliged to pass these on to me. Chelsea was understanding, polite and clear in her communications as well as being sympathetic despite me not being her client. When I needed to some documents witnessed for my signature, Chelsea agreed to do this and this goes well beyond what I expected and I was very grateful. This has been a stressful period and the one person that shone out during this experience was Chelsea. Thank you so much for your support Chelsea it was very much appreciated.
