Mr Coleman left M Coleman Estate Agents in 2005 and has had no involvement In the running or the management of the business since this time. Dear Reviewer, I am sorry to learn of your comment and sorry to hear that you suffered on-going issues with mould. Regrettably mould is tenant responsibility normally caused by lack of ventilation and adequate heating. On your check in of the property, you would have been provided with a copy of the local authority guidelines to help minimise the volume of moisture within the atmosphere, ie by avoiding drying wet washing indoors and regularly opening windows.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
