hi i would like to start by saying that we have used m coleman for three house sales, my late fathers, my brothers and now ours.we have always found them to be honest polite and very efficient. we put our bungalow on the market about 15 months ago(although this seems a long time , there were many factors that delayed us in completing, we actually sold it a number of times but were unfortunately let down at the last minute by one buyer, and then we resold and covid and other reasons got in the way!!). throughout this Joanne, Ben, and Louise. were always trying there utmost for us. after our last sale fell through i contacted Joanne on the Wednesday and whilst i was on the line Louise was straight on the phone to potential buyers arranging viewings. this resulted in the couple that have now moved in to our old property viewing and making us an offer within 2 days!! they have now moved in and are very happy(so Louise Ben and Joanne are ultimately responsible for them getting the home that they wanted). We would definately recommend M Coleman, and thanks once again to the team there for all they have done for us. we would not hesitate in using them, so Look no further if you are considering a house move.

Dealt with Max Colman- doesn't bother return calls. I would still buy from them (albeit i suspect the transaction would be arduous), but would never instruct them to sell for me- other agents seem much better- keen/responsive. Inherited business- say no more!...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Should have returned my calls- subject was nothing contentious. Mum and Dad should get someone else to take over the business or perhaps employ someone to manage their son!

Dear Reviewer, I am sorry to learn of your comment and sorry to hear that you suffered on-going issues with mould. Regrettably mould is tenant responsibility normally caused by lack of ventilation and adequate heating. On your check in of the property, you would have been provided with a copy of the local authority guidelines to help minimise the volume of moisture within the atmosphere, ie by avoiding drying wet washing indoors and regularly opening windows. On behalf of M Coleman Estate Agen ...
