Andy Hayton went above and beyond as an agent to help me rent a home that I love, in a location that is perfect for my needs. Before finding Comfort Lettings, I had spent several months dealing with other agencies and none of them put in a fraction of the effort that Andy did. Other agencies did not seem to care much whether I found a place to rent, and left most of the legwork up to me. Andy did everything he could to help me secure a rental where I hope to remain for a very long time. He is professional, pays attention to detail, listens, and above all else, cares. There is absolutely no other agent in the Nottingham area that I can recommend more! Also, every time I called the office and spoke with Jess Benjamin Smith she was very helpful, attentive, and a pleasure to talk to. Comfort Lettings is the only agency I will go to in the future and I absolutely recommend that other prospective tenants do the same.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time.
