Absolutely awful. I've never felt so let down by an agent in my life. Some of them seem totally clueless as to what they're doing, can't answer any questions for themselves. To anyone thinking about renting or buying through Nu Concept, I'd highly advise searching elsewhere. Lenwells, Haart, Taylors, all very polite, caring and know what they're doing.
