After 2 failed sales with other agencies we had all but given up trying to buy our first home. We had looked at about 20 houses. There was always something not quite right, other agents pestered us constantly telling us they knew what we needed and frankly they hadn’t a clue. We met Liam at Household at a house viewing at the start of our journey and when we decided to give it one last shot and look at a couple more houses, he remembered what we’d spoken about from 5 months before, what we really needed and actually cared that it was right for us. We put an offer on straight away. When it was accepted we were kept in the loop by Michael, who chased solicitors and mortgage info for us, updating all the way. We hadn’t had this on either of our other attempts that fell through and we were really surprised to be treated so well. It’s been a really calm, stress free 7 weeks. Can not recommend Household enough.
