One always hears of irate clients that estate agents have to deal with on a daily basis, for this I admire what estate agents have to deal with and I\'m sure can be very challenging at times. But when the tables turn on a customer, it is not as nice too. We had signed up with another estate agency and found that we were frustrated as we had to constantly call them to find out what is happening or progress with our property. The first week had gone by and we had not been called, as we live so far away, you can imagine how frustrating it is because we cannot just \'pop\' in to find out what is happening. This had been happening for at least 4 - 6/7 weeks. Info we were given did not match what was delivered. We had bought our house from household and asked Adam to come and look. We explained that we were now out of time and had informed the other estate agency that we would be ringing household to help. After Adam had seen our property, he had prospective clients lined up the next day to view our property and he had gotten back to us the very next day. The other estate agency had informed us that they had customers now \'supposedly signed up\' and had paid up front for 6 months, this information was given the next day we informed this estate agency that we were getting household involved. I was quite sad to phone Adam to let him know of the news. What really was even more outstanding was how supportive he was and said at the end of the day we have tennants but should we in the future like to work with him to please keep in contact. I feel Adam does not treat us like a number - like a customer - and feel he would make an excellent manager or leader or even train people how to work with clients. We still were not happy with the other estate agents service as agreements that were made were not kept record of. When I phoned Adam to find out how we could solve this, possibly move our contract to household as our tennants had only been in our house for 1 and a half months, he once again gave excellent advice, in simple terms how things work in the estate agency field leaving me to make a decision in our best interest. I felt he allowed me to finish my sentences and did not speak down to me because I am not an estate agent. I felt as if he was speaking to me as if it was his house too and how would he want to have his property looked after. I have never received such excellent service and this man is a huge asset to household estate agency. What I like too, is that both Adam and I agreed to not put down the other estate agent unprofessionaly and we spoke factually about what needs to be done and how estate agency code of conduct works - that is even more great service especially if you are in the same industry with another company and still remain professional. Just due to this - when our tennants do move out - there is no question that we are moving over. Please understand, I am not painting Adam as a super hero - I am just stating facts!! Thats what I now call service - thank you Adam, you deserve this review and we will always support you.
