Slow. Multiple unanswered emails in early stages (before survey completed) each time had to call to get answers. Even the email checking they’d received payment went unanswered. Called office, yes we will check, then still no reply so had to call again.
Report was “completed” within suggested time frame of 5 to 8 working days. But only by email and without photos. Actual printed report (with photos) wasn’t available within advertised timeframe. It’s 9 working days now and it’s still not here. The email report makes mention of photos, which means you really need the printed report to arrive in a timely manner.

I wouldn’t recommend. I feel I’ve had to call more than I should have and wait longer for report than I should have.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Cheap application fee but hidden charges once the application process begins. ‚£100 for receiving key, ‚£90 for printing the contract and ‚£90 every 6 months to renew the contract. Far too much!

Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the landlord of any given property with regard to authorising any repairs, unless they are deemed as health and safety issues, which could not have been the case in this instance. Our fees are clearly stated on our website and property portal sites, along with a hand-out always being issued at any viewing of a property clearly stating all fees, both upon application, acceptance and renewals.
