Let a property for 18 months and in this time several issues have occurred within the property. After several phone calls to Gregory's and promises of being called back they failed to ever call back and I had to ring everyday to get anything sorted. After sending contractors out to quote repairs no repairs ever got done and more and more excuses were provided. Gregory's never kept us informed of any progress regarding contractors but were quick enough to request there fees of £90 each time the contract was renewed. Gregory's are full of false promises and high fees for doing nothing!

Slow. Multiple unanswered emails in early stages (before survey completed) each time had to call to get answers. Even the email checking they’d received payment went unanswered. Called office, yes we will check, then still no reply so had to call again.

Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the landlord of any given property with regard to authorising any repairs, unless they are deemed as health and safety issues, which could not have been the case in this instance.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

A six month-renewal is only £75.00 at the moment, having been increased Nov '14 so the £90.00 quoted by the tenant is completely inaccurate.
We keep our fees as low as possible, and are lower than any other letting agent in our immediate area.
