Our house was a bit unusual as it was a 3 bedroom house with a 2 bedroom annex so we knew that there would be a limited number of buyers but Hursts managed to get an offer on the house within 2 weeks but unfortunately the buyer pulled out 3 weeks later. We then had an offer but the buyers had to sell there house first which didn\'t seen to happen so luckily we then got a third offer which we accepted as is was said to be a cash deal so it was third time lucky. We had several silly offers in between which we turned down as we were getting quite a lot of viewings. We got a lot of good advice from Hursts and we were very pleased with the way in which they handled the final sale and would have no hesitation in recommending them. We also used Hursts to rent the house out before we put it on the market and found them very helpful throughout the rental time.
the viewings we had. In a slow climate we had three initial viewings. One of these was the couple who went on to buy our house. They took their time deciding on our house, they really loved it - but it really was Nik and Lucy who worked really hard in giving them the confidence of their purchase - taking a lot of time to show them around and could talk them through all of the benefits of the work we had had done to our house. Our house sold in 4 weeks in the Summer of 2012. If we had gone with one of the agents, who were far less enthused by our property - we may not have sold our house as quickly but it would also have meant losing a considerable amount of money because of their low valuations. So we can strongly recommend Hursts in High Wycombe.
