Very thorough marketing to get my account. Once I became their client, they do absolutely NOTHING - they do not respond to emails; they do not even ensure that the utility bills are changed over to the tenants. They are terrible.
What agent could do to change your mind?
THEY COULD DO THEIR JOB AND ACTUALLY \'MANAGE\' THE PROPERTY; THEY COULD REPLY TO EMAILS FROM THE LANDLORD PROMPTLY AND COURTEOUSLY
