I have been with Heritage for over 5years, mainly managing properties, occasional buy to let.
Faye has been most helpful and very efficient in dealing with all sorts of matters, and the best about her is, when she
said she will call back, she will one way or the other. She never finds it too insignificant a matter to take on. Never
defensive in attitude. Richard, hope she remains in your company for a long while.
Louise, I came to know her just recently through selling. Like Faye she is calm and helpful. Also great in following
up with problems solving. Flexible and versatile in handling tricky situation. Another great asset to Heritage!

I don't think anyone is going to be happy with paying fees, however Marc presented me with an outline of what I was expected to pay and when they needed to be paid. Although I did go into the branch to pay, they do have the option to pay over the phone as a flexible option.
