We received shocking treatment from Bracknell Prospect. We had our shared ownership house on the market and they came up with a potential buyer. We rang weekly for updates on our sale and were told every time don\'t worry it\'s going through. On two occassions David ward told us the buyer had applied for a mortgage which was a lie each time. He also lied that they were waiting for the buyers p 60 and one time he even said their mortgage application was rejected as there was no name on the p60. After 5 weeks we were fed up and told the housing association the buyer needed to do their mortgage application ASAP this took a further two weeks And then came the biggest lie David ward rang my husband on Monday to say the people had there mortgage and the survey would be done today Tuesday between 10 and 1 . Only to receive a phone call this morning at 9.30 from the housing association telling us the buyer failed to get a mortgage. So prospect had our property off the market for nearly 8 weeks in which time we were constantly lied to. Now lodging formal complaint to property ombudsman for compensation for stress as prospect have possibly caused us to loose the property we are buying.
