My wife and I have bought, renovated, built and sold many properties over the last 49 years and employed many of Calderdales Estate Agents to sell these. We invited Strphanie Hill to come value our property and was impressed with her professionalism, her approachable manner and overall friendliness. She was very informative as to Ryder and Duttons goals and of course her own as to advertising and finding prospective clients interested in properties like ours and in that price range.
We found when selling previous properties that we were constantly having to chase our Agents for updates and current situation within the housing market. This has not been so with Ryder and Dutton, I was given very frequent updates by Darran Joseph on prospective buyers, viewings and the overall housing market. This to me was first class and something I had not been used to with previous agents over the years.
I can only say we were so satisfied with the service provided even by office staff who were always available to help. We would have sold the property if not for the fact that land adjacent to our property became the ownership of developers Charles Church / Persimon Homes and the future at this moment is unknown. This is the decision to withdraw our property until some new plans become available following 2 refusals by the Planners.
