Before I moved into my flat, communication was slow and it was difficult to find out whether I'd actually be able to live in the flat or not. When I moved in the flat was extremely dirty and I had to spend a long time cleaning it before I could unpack. There were consistent maintenance problems throughout my tenancy which I reported early on but that remained for the entire duration (they would have been causing serious damage to the building - take note, landlords). On moving out, I cleaned the flat to a much higher standard than when I moved in, but they still tried to charge me for tiny amounts of cleaning (I've never previously been charged for cleaning as a sole tenant). I gave up and paid because they were also withholding overpaid rent along with my deposit. The only good thing about them was that their disorganisation meant they forgot to charge me the £60 6-monthly tenancy renewal fee on my contract.

No worse than other agencies. They wanted to charge me £60 every six months for a contract renewal but forgot.

Fishers were okay, we rented from them for a few years. Some of their staff are snobs (despite the fact that they are often renting to people earning far more than they are) but otherwise most staff were okay.

Charged for references, contract renewal and heavily for garden not being mowed on move out even though had paid £100 for this a few months before. The new Tenant's bill will improve things though.
