At some point throughout the process, I have been in contact with Jenna, Jayne, and Fiona, all of whom were very professional and patiently spent time answering what felt like a seemingly endless amount of questions from me.
I felt that Fiona and very thorough and detailed and I really appreciated her commentary, suggestions, and considerations that I never would have even thought about. I always got a response to emails quite quickly and was always able to reach someone in the office if I called in.
It's a bit difficult to review a service that I have no point of comparison with (this was my first house purchase so never needed to engage these kinds of services before) but I've been speaking with some friends and colleagues and based on our experiences, they believe that the service they received when buying their properties was very basic in comparison to the work put in by Fiona. Especially given how reasonable the fees are, I'm really grateful for all the work put in.

Comment on agent fees
I thought the fees were very reasonable and definitely not as high as I had seen elsewhere. The fees were also very clear and transparent from the very beginning with no hidden extras (which would have made life very difficult at the last minute). I think the website might need to be updated for first time buyer fees though.

So far I have worked with Jayne Mcallister, Fiona Duff and Fiona White. I have really appreciate the excellent service they all provide at Cameron Stephen and Co. They are a tight knit team, professional, effective, efficient and a joy to work with. I have already started to recommend them to anybody I know that needs a solicitor.
