We have been renting via GR since May 2014. From the very first time we went into the GR office, we have found all of the staff with whom we have had dealings to be friendly, helpful, efficient and always very professional.
Whenever we have had any problems with the apartment, or issues with the tenancy, the team at GR have always made the effort to get things sorted out for us as quickly as possible.
We feel that we really do enjoy a good agent/tenant relationship with the GR Team and we are very happy with their service.
