Appalling service, my flat mate and I said we were interested in a flat 2 months ago, and have only just moved in. We were given a gas and electric key that both have debt from the previous owner on (before this was realized I called british gas and they said I didn't need to change the cards, which was incorrect, so their service is also shocking) the gas debt amounts to £160! Fell reynolds have yet to give us contact details of the landlord, who we really need to speak to. I am currently sitting in my flat with no hot water, this is a huge inconvenience. I've had to seek legal action now, we shouldn't have been issued these cards. As for the service while we applied for this flat, we were charged an extortionate £160 for referencing, which in fact we didn't even need in the end. We were juggled between several people, all of which didn't have a clue of the full story of our application (We had a few issues with guarantors) I'm currently waiting for a response from my mother who is calling them this morning (she, conveniently, is a property lawyer, and I can't bring myself to call Fell Reynolds for the 50th time)
