Couldn't have been happier with the service from McGowan Homes. As first time buyers my partner and I were absolutely terrified at the prospect at buying a house, it just seemed like there was so much we didn't understand! But all the staff at McGowan Homes were always willing to answer any questions we had (No matter how daft they seemed) and really made the whole situation a lot less stressful. Just before we were due to exchange contracts the vendor at the top of the chain decided that they wanted to halt the sale, it threw the whole situation into a total mess, and led our vendors to question if they really wanted to sell. Once things settled and the process began again, McGowan Homes could not have worked harder to not only get the contacts exchanged, but get us into our first home in a matter of a couple of weeks. We went from the possibility of losing our home after a process of 6 months (The extended time was due to other factors not McGowan Homes) to being in our first home in week just before Christmas... and just in time to put my Christmas tree up!!! Again, couldn't be happier with the staff at McGowan Homes, friendly hard working and always willing to push for their customers. Great work guys!!!! Thanks again!
