Since I rented from them, 3 years ago, I am strugeling to get thrue them to renew my bathroom wich is in very deplorable state...tiles falling down walls needs repainting... whent thrue the agency manager...nothing, the agency handyman...nothing and again to the office...nothing. they came, saw and still nothing was done. Bad bad bad...not happy at all

This is done via your Landlord and all repairs and queries should be addressed directly to him. You would have been given his contact details on the day you signed up. We, unfortunately cannot authorise anything to be done.
