Having looked at and considered other estate agents, including some online agency, I am delighted that I settled with Venmores, Allerton, Liverpool. Compared to other high street agents and online companies their fees were competitive. Also, their personal attention to my customer needs and wants whilst warmly professional and supportive, never veered towards the overbearing or pressurising as others seemed capable of. I would particularly like to mention Fiona who was my first point of contact and was so refreshingly non-pushy whilst immediately securing a competitive fee on my behalf. Also, I would like to thank Carolyn Fairhurst whose attention to customer service is excellent. Her support and advice maintain professionalism whilst providing a personal care that is second to none. I would strongly recommend Venmores, Allerton Road, Liverpool to anyone looking to sell or buy their home. For price and service you cannot go wrong with them.
Comment on agent fees
Highly competitive even compared to online companies, and especially when the service provided is included as part of costs whereas with some online agencies the mounting extras would lead to higher costs.

We were not given a percentage fee, but a flat fee inclusive of VAT. Very competitive with no hidden fees.
