I have to agree with all of the above - I rented from Latimer and found them very unorganised. You have to chase and chase to get an answer from them and they do indeed have rude staff. They are the cheapest in terms of fees of all the agents I have ever used (I have lived in rented accom for 15 years + so have used many agents) so probably ok for students, if however you expect any level of service then stay clear. There are agents around who are glad to have your custom and this is not one.

Awful.
Don’t reply unless you chase several times. If there is something wrong they will find any reason to not replace/fix things.
Wouldn’t recommend as a tenant and I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone choose to let their property out with them... ...

You get what you pay for in the renting game and in the case of Latimer that means shoddiness and staff that are less than competent I'm afraid, pretty sure landlords must have issues with them too. Glad to be moving on.....
