GR have been dealing with both our purchase and sale over the last two months. Unfortunately we are no longer proceeding but this is no way any fault of GR. Throughout the process Craig has been highly professional and kept us informed of matters in a very timely manner. Having had a very negative experience with another agent GR have been a refreshing experience in an industry that commonly has a poor perceived reputation. When I do attempt to move again GR will be the company I use and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Fees were very reasonable as a fixed fee was set for both buying and selling.
