Literally the most horrific estate agents to deal with that I have ever encountered. Their service has been horrendous throughout our tenancy, we went without a working washing machine for weeks, the landlady came to the flat for 10 inspections in a two year tenancy with virtually no notice despite us never missing a payment and her never complaining about anything. They never get back to you, they are totally incompetent when they do respond. The worst part is that they are currently trying to charge us our entire deposit (to the penny) for a flat that was returned in same condition we received it in, following a £200 professional clean. The highlight of the claims on our deposit that we are reviewing for a small claims court is £125 for a 5 year old toaster that retails at £4.99. To put this in context we received our entire deposit and a thank you from our last agents for the condition we returned the house in and the only response we can get from Huw is that they just facilitate the landlady and it is up to her what she charges. If we don't like it we are free to take it further. Oh and finally, Huw has given himself a 5* google review despite being the owner and the other reviews being terrible.
