Rented through Shaws, over time mould started to appear on the ceiling in our reception room. After notifying Shaws a couple of weeks passed and nothing happened. We again contacted them and told them that it was a obvious health hazard. The Landlord obviously didn\'t think it was and failed to recitfy the problem and Shaws was not proactive or helpful at all. Apparently our Landlord is a Doctor, hopefully not of the medical kind. On check in the property was in very unclean condition and their check in check out process is clearly a scam. Don\'t go near them.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Treat tenants like humans, can you really rent out a property that is covered in mould and not recitfy the problem.
