Belmonte (Broadstairs) - I would recommend them, the fee for the reference check is reasonable. The tenancy agreement is straightforward. Sometimes needed to follow-up with a problem, but all in all very professional.

We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied by the service that was offered. We operate a strict complaints procedure and would like to look into the situation to ensure that everything was done in our power to rectify any issues. Probably ok to go with if nothing is ever going to go wrong with your property. If you don't want to wait literally years for the most basic maintenance to be done then find a different agent....
