Staff at Comfort Lettings are approachable and friendly, and offer easy and reliable means to contact them; via email or phone. I was surprised how quickly and professionally emails were responded too. Repairs or problems with the house were sorted relatively quickly and dealt with with consideration. This is great, considering we rented a student house from them.
The only negative comment is that we chose a bill scheme that Comfort Lettings offer, and there was an issue with being overcharged. There were errors from both Comfort Lettings and utilities companies, but this issue was resolved and we received money back. I'd advise other students to monitor this. The student contracts included some clauses that were irrelevant for a student let; although these were removed when we requested so. Overall though, these issues were minor and as already mentioned, resolved with care and consideration.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time.
