They seem to have a total disregard for returning contact. I repeatedly leave messages to call or email them and receive no reply. The left hand does not seem to know what the right is doing. I am forever that "we will chase it up in a couple of days" only to call back and once again be told the same thing. The person who I deal with tends to rarely be in the office and there is no one else that can deal with my issues. My whole building feels they're not doing their job properly and I believe our neighbours feel exactly the same about them. I have currently been unable to live in my property for 6 weeks because of damage to it but was told by an employee of theirs that they "think it's a little excessive to have moved out." They shouldn't be allowed to call themselves property managers as it is false advertising.
Comment on agent fees
If I was paying nothing for their services I would want a substantial refund!
