If the option was to leave NO stars I would. With Fell Reynolds the only way to act is legally. Check out / get a copy of their 'Schedule of Management Services' which they are obliged to give you (you should have one already) and hold them to account. You are entitled to view up to 6... They seem to have a total disregard for returning contact. I repeatedly leave messages to call or email them and receive no reply. The left hand does not seem to know what the right is doing.
