If the option was to leave NO stars I would. With Fell Reynolds the only way to act is legally. Check out / get a copy of their 'Schedule of Management Services' which they are obliged to give you (you should have one already) and hold them to account. You are entitled to view up to 6 years accounts (to see where your money is going) and you are entitled to an annual meeting both with FR and any directors of the estate company ! Contact me... I'll gladly talk you through it. Currently I am asking for explanations to 2017 / 2018 accounts and am getting passed around from one person to another... neither of which are accountants and neither want / can help. If you are a leaseholder you can get rid of the easily... freeholders not quite so easy until they have come to the end of their contract but you can when that happens.

11 Dec 2019Stephen I sympathise with you, I had the misfortune of being invited to tender for your garden maintenance, I tendered and and was informed it was far too low, I was then asked to meet on site with your property manager, I was informed I did not read the plan properly ( I am a Qualified Bricklayer ) so plans are second nature to me. This manger was less than professional and it was clear your gardens are not being managed properly, I was then told to times my quote by 3 to 4 times which I found astounding but re-tendered as requested only to be told I must be joking in expecting so a large amount for very little work as she put it. It boiled down to the fact this so called professional property manager could not understand the original tender or preform simple arithmetic. So in short your gardens will never get the attention they need because they want to pay far below the rate require regardless of how much they are charging the residents

They seem to have a total disregard for returning contact. I repeatedly leave messages to call or email them and receive no reply. The left hand does not seem to know what the right is doing. I am forever that "we will chase it up in a couple of days" only to call back and once again be... Read Full Review
If I was paying nothing for their services I would want a substantial refund!
