Worst management agency in the world! We had so many problems with them including their agents coming to our flat with other unsolicited individuals. Our flat boiler was spoilt on a Friday and they said ' the flat was liveable' with a pregnant lady with children. My kids and wife fell ill after ice cold showers for 3 days. Imagine their own kids showering in ice cold water and we pay a hefty sum for our rental. If there is a zero they will get that. Do not ever rent or buy from them. Unprofessional
