Disgusting agent.Took my cleaning fees of £180 from me.Did not fix my intercom in 2 years and rotted window.Replaced a window with plastic.

Thank you for your comments. The office hours are between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. We have an out of hours mobile number with one of our staff and this operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We also have emergency contact numbers for gas and emergency services on our answer phone. We do not have a tenant with the name of Scintilla so I cannot respond to this review directly. ...

We would just like to add that we had no knowledge about this issue to begin with. It turned out to be true, the landlady had a tap in her shop that was attached the boiler upstairs! this is obviously wrong and when we found out it was dealt with it immediately because this was unfair to the tenant. The main reason it took so long to be resolved was because the tenant would not agree on a figure of compensation. We got the gas company out so as to be completely fair to this tenant as she had ...
