The worst agent and company. I met Neil Bharakda and his company when I was looking for an apartment for my sister who was going to the university of Leicester, we rented an apartment on london road, he seemed professional and we paid the deposit. The day we moved in, the apartment had a paint smell that was suffocating, the carpets were filthy and there were tools left all over the place. It took him three months to change the carpet, the boiler broke down multiple times and we were left without heat and hot water for weeks as mr Neil tried to find a cheap plumber to come fix it. The electricity meter broke and he didnt fix it, we literally ran out of electricity because we couldnt put money on the meter. One of the taps started leaking water heavily and it took him two weeks to send a plumber to get it fixed. We paid all the rent, three months in advance, it cost us 600 pounds each month and we never gave him any trouble and this is how he treated us. Right now as of July 19 2016 my sisters still dealing with leaking taps and it has been more then 2 months since we have been continously asking Neil Bharakda to fix it but he already took the rent from us so it doesnt matter to him that he is causing my sister pain. Trust me it was hell, Set to Let is an unprofessional company and they have no respect for their customers. Trust me and never rent from them. Do not deal with this company, I wrote a complaint email to their bosses and Neil wrote back saying Do not threaten me to an email where I said I have the right to sue you for making me live in a place without hot water and heat. They have no regard for their customers, Please do not be fooled by the seemingly professional attire of Neil bharakda, he is an unprofessional and cold person who doesnt care about anyone. He has caused my mother and sister harm by not doing his job eventhough we paid everything on time and full. When i gave him notice that we were leaving he said it doesnt matter and we would be liable to pay him the entire years deposit. You have been warned. I hope your experience isnt as horrid as was ours.
