Incredibly rude staff, not helpful, inappropriate and unprofessional comments.
When we came to signing contracts:
1. Did not keep to set time.
2. Did not message to inform place to meet to sign the contract at, informed me I was at the wrong place when I had already arrived at their offices.
3. Informed me on the day that money had to be transferred prior to them releasing the key. Although he had initially informed me on the phone that he would tell me when to transfer the money, he denied this conversation had taken place. He told me it was "common sense" that I should have known this. I was then made to run to the bank so that I would not delay the signing any further. Phoned me on the way to ensure that I had transferred the money.
4. Incredibly rude and unprofessional comments during the dealing.
5. When I had arrived at the flat, told me it was all electric. I had been informed by him on the day of the viewing that it was gas AND electric. When I questioned this, I was told I must have misinterpreted his words.
The last point occured after I had signed the contract so that there was no going back.
