We rented the flat in Peckham for 3.5 years through Kushy Move and had no issues. The team was helpful and friendly. As we were buying the property, Kushy Move agreed to keep us on rolling contract with 2 months notice. It was a big deal for us before signing the contract for another term.
They gave us 24 hours notice before doing the viewings and even cancelled few, as we had guests in the flat on Saturday.
Deposit was released back to us within a few weeks as we were waiting for the final bills to arrive.
The only let down was the price for cleaning, it was a bit high as for 2 bedroom flat, but as it was agreed when we moved in, we paid it.
Over all, we had a good experience with Mr Kushy and Laura and would definitely use them again.

Thank you to everyone at Kushy Move. We were renting the property for 6 years from them and we never had any issues. Had to move out as the house became to small for my growing family. Would definitely rent from them again....

What agent could do to change your mind?
Turned up on time. Ensured that the viewing times were adhered to. Ensured that we could access the property to view it. Showed more enthusiasm for the property. Been aware of the fact that a security deposit had already been paid and accepted before we got a chance to step over the threshold. Kept us informed.
