We have used Comfort Lettings for several years and the service we have received has been exceptional and extremely professional. The team is very proactive and have provided us with good and timely advice on several issues such as obtaining the HMO. They have made suggestions on ways to improve the property to meet the changing needs of students. A first class agent; we would definitely recommend Comfort Lettings.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time. Anyone we have contacted with in Comfort lettings has been very energetic and responsible, we appreciate all their efforts and time on our property.
