After putting the property on the market it was very quiet for six months, however, we were contacted frequently and kept in touch throughout by all members of the Shaw Branch, they have been very supportive. However, it was Debbie who really excelled when we had two offers within a week. Her excellent communication and negotiation skills became evident through an exceedingly difficult time for us; as one of the offers was from a long standing family friend's daughter. Debbie understood our position and showed a balanced sensitive and ethical stance, which culminated in us feeling totally confident in her advice. Her pragmatic honest approach, with both the purchaser and ourselves has been truly professional and has meant that our opinion of estate agents has soared. Further to this we sought Debbie's advice on the purchase of another house (outside R&D Branch area), she negotiated successfully on our behalf, all told Debbie has saved us many thousands of pounds - we have certainly had value for our money and would like to ensure that Debbie and the Shaw Branch get some recognition for this in some small way;- hence this review. We would certainly recommend Ryder & Dutton for giving a quality service based on personal need. Thank you Debbie
