We first booked our viewing on the 25th of November 2014, and viewed the house on the 1st December. We liked what we saw and were guided superbly through the process of signing for the house, and everything was plain sailing. Move in was just the same, the house had been done up over the summer to an excellent standard and we couldn't be happier. Having moved in on 1st August, by mid October we decided to re-sign for next year, as for the money it is impossible to find. House with so much to offer as this. Any issues we've had have been promptly resolved and Comfort Lettings are approachable, friendly and employ excellent staff, all of which share these attributes, while always going above and beyond to help if needed. Excellent lettings agency, and the most pain free renting experience a first time person could hope to find!

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time.
