This is my second year in a Comfort Lettings student house and I'd highly recommend them. We have dealt mostly with Josh and Hannah - they are always friendly and easy to get in touch with, and respond to any questions we have quickly. They also keep us well up to date on any visits to the house for maintenance or viewings and give us plenty of notice. They keep their houses in excellent condition, and any problems we've had with the house have been fixed and dealt with very quickly which is fantastic. The online reporting system also makes it very easy to report any problems.

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time. Anyone we have contacted with in Comfort lettings has been very energetic and responsible, we appreciate all their efforts and time on our property.
