moved into our house before christmas still waiting for our new carpet to be fitted as old tenants wreaked the carpet also the repairs havent been done they keep fobbing us off we payed a large deposit and are very angry that they are not keeping there part of the bargain not a happy tenant =(
What agent could do to change your mind?
fixed our repairs and given us abit of info when they were going to carry out our repairs

Dear Jamie & Michelle

There was a misunderstanding on your part as to whether new carpets were going to fitted at the property prior to your tenancy. I apologise for any confusion as that was not our or the landlord's intention. I believe you have acknowledged this misunderstsanding to the office manager, Grant Thoday. I've also seen an email in which it states you are happy that we resolved a few minor maintenance issues for you. If you want to post your comments on allagents that would be great.Hopefully the remainder of your tenancy will be problem free but, on the off chance that it's not, please let us know? We are here to help with any problems.
