Where do i start, a joke of a company.

House had mould issue, and was told it was the way we lived and recommended we cut our curtains with scissors, and turn heating down ( even though we have a 1 year old)

Months later, all water started com,ing from ceiling to find the house had a massive water leak, which was causing the dampness. They hired in someone to repair the ceiling, he painted half of it, and spray painted half of the wallpaper, my £1500 tv the sofa... they refuse to do anything and say he has to come round and do it.. he came round and said just use warm water.... on a TV!

Craig is the most unhelpful unapologetic letting manager,*but does not like the truth... that they are a cowboy outfit.

never even go an apology for him saying it was the way we lived.

oh we had a massive infestation of creatures from the dampness, it took weeks to be sorted.

they ignore emails...

STAY CLEAR
What agent could do to change your mind?
They need to get ready for court action as soon as we vacate the property
