Hicks Hadley were selling the house that we were interested in (and went on to buy) and I am so glad we decided to use them to sell our house too. They were absolutely fantastic! Jon Preston came to value our house and get it on the market, we wanted it done quick and it was on the market within 24 hours. We spoke to Jon and Sue Evans throughout the selling of our house and the buying of our new home and they were amazing from start to finish. They were routing for us to secure the purchase of our new house, the communication was fantastic, our solicitors we're not great on the communication front so our solicitors kept us in the loop with everything, got us regular updates, answered any of our questions with no bother. Selling and buying a new house is stressful (especially with a child and a baby like us) and they made is so much less stressful than it could of been. I honestly cannot sing their praises enough!
