We used Hunters to try and sell our property. Initially they were very attentive and turned around the details pretty quickly, although they were full of innaccuracies which took some time to get changed. However when our property did not sell straight away, they lost interest in us. The sales negotiators were surly at best and required constant chasing to get any sort of information out of them.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They need to remember that customers are potentially going to pay them a lot of money and need to appear to be at least trying to earn it. When a vendor hears nothing from them for months it does not lead you to feel that they are working hard on your behalf. Also, the telephone manner of their staff needs improvement - I called up pretending to be a customer interested in my house and was given incorrect information and then promised a callback which never materialised.
